                       Innovation is defined as the process of making changes to something established by "introducity" or "something new". Innovative work helps a teacher to take a lesson easily. works should be a An innovative catayst to growth. Innovation maybe liked to positive changes in effrency. productivity, quality and competitiveness and intellectual development. Through innovative work teacher can improve students performance. Also with help of innovative work. student will be able to understand the concept more interestingly and deeply. They win more attractive in class white Showing innovative work.
                As part of B.Ed curriculum, I have to do an innovative work I took the concept of "woter cycle " as my topic of Innovative work from the capter "water on earth" Standard VIII social science. My idea for innovative work was brought from those behaviour. I was made up an model based on the content water cycle. It gives students more and comprehensive idea about water cycle
